The low metal recovery rate of traditional equipment and environmental protection issues have been a constant trouble for customers. Require equipment with a capacity of 2 tons per hour, ensuring metal recovery rate and black powder purity. Solve the problems of powder leakage and pollution during operation.​

Solution

We, RELIABLE, have designed and manufactured a lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment with a processing capacity of 2 tons per hour for users. This equipment adopts a physical crushing and multi-stage screening process. Each single machine is customized according to the actual output, meeting the customer’s output requirements and also satisfying the demand for large-scale recycling.

Through the linkage of shredding and multi-stage crushing, it realizes the synchronous processing of 18650 cylindrical batteries and soft-pack batteries, solving the problem of coordinated processing of various types of lithium battery raw materials. The combination of double-screen drum screening machine, grinder and circular vibrating screen can make the recovery grade of black powder more than 98.5%, and the recovery rate of copper and aluminum metals is over 96%. The intelligent control of crushing particle size and optimization of multi-stage separation can prevent the loss of non-ferrous metals. This data is known through the customer’s testing of recycled materials, and the value exceeds the industry average.

The customer is very satisfied. Each necessary point of the entire production line is equipped with a negative pressure collection system, and a buffer collector is equipped at the front end of the pulse dust collector to collect floating dust. After filtering through the high-density coated cloth bag of the pulse dust collector, the collected carbon powder is transported to the screening equipment through the bottom screw conveyor, and the black powder is collected after filtering out impurities. The filtered air is discharged at high altitude through the induced draft fan. This solution has solved the customer’s troubles and is an economic and environmental win-win solution.
