Introduction
Our 500kg/h lithium battery recycling line primarily processes various waste power batteries, consumer batteries, and energy storage batteries, including lithium iron phosphate batteries and ternary lithium batteries. Based on the customer’s production scale, site conditions, and process requirements, our professional team designed a compact, stable, and easy-to-operate integrated production line. The fully automated, closed-line design significantly improves processing efficiency while ensuring operational safety.
The production line features advanced processes, including automatic feeding, crushing, sorting, dust removal, and environmental protection treatment. Using physical separation technology, it effectively separates and recycles copper, aluminum, plastic, diaphragms, and black powder from waste lithium batteries. The line recovers valuable materials at rates exceeding 98%, and the purity of recycled copper and aluminum exceeds 99%. The system operates stably with low noise and low energy consumption, fully meeting international environmental protection standards and safety requirements.

In addition to environmental benefits, the project also delivers considerable economic advantages. Recovered metals such as nickel, cobalt, and lithium can be reintegrated into industrial production, enabling circular resource utilization and significantly reducing raw material costs.
