Introduction

Our R&D team independently develops a professional copper wire granulator, which serves as core processing equipment for waste wire and cable recycling. This machine finishes crushing, dust removal and material sorting automatically, and separates high-purity copper granules from plastic insulation.

Complete Production Process

We design a closed-loop production workflow for the whole recycling line. Workers feed waste cables and iron sundries into the equipment. The machine carries out primary crushing, magnetic iron removal and secondary fine crushing in sequence. A pulse dust collector captures flying dust to meet environmental protection standards. Next, the unit runs air gravity separation and optional electrostatic sorting. Finally, operators obtain pure copper powder and plastic coating as two recyclable finished products, and fully tap the residual value of scrap wires.

Integrated Machine Structure


We assemble all functional modules into one compact all-in-one unit. The complete set includes a feeding inlet, heavy-duty crusher, conveying system, PLC intelligent control cabinet, vibration separator, air separation system, pulse dust removal device, copper discharge port and plastic discharge outlet. The centralized PLC control panel lets operators complete one-click startup and parameter adjustment easily. It cuts manual operation steps and effectively reduces labor costs for recycling factories.
