Compared to traditional models, the third-generation solar panel frame removal machine has undergone comprehensive optimization and upgrades in hydraulic power, cylinder structure, and intelligent control systems. The equipment’s hydraulic system has been upgraded from a light-duty to a heavy-duty configuration, and single-axis cylinders have been replaced with dual-axis cylinders, significantly enhancing overall load-bearing capacity and operational stability. The electrical control system has been upgraded to PLC-based intelligent control with a foot switch, and the equipment’s power output has increased from 4 kW to 5.5 kW, providing more ample power and better aligning with the requirements of automated production lines.
The machine can handle solar panels up to 2500 × 1200 mm in size, accommodating the vast majority of standard solar module specifications available on the market. Following the upgrade, operational efficiency has increased significantly: the time required to remove the frame from a single panel has been reduced from 45 seconds to 20 seconds, more than doubling production capacity and fully meeting the demands of large-scale solar module dismantling operations overseas.
