Solution Introduction
First-level powder removal process: The materials after shredding and pyrolysis enter the pulverizer for primary crushing. After crushing, the powder removal rate of the materials can reach about 75%. The equipment discharge adopts a negative pressure sealing design. The crushed materials are sent to the collector and evenly enter the screening equipment, which can effectively screen the black powder from the mixed granular materials. The black powder is sent out through the sealed screw conveyor at the bottom. The mixed materials flow out through the tail discharge port and are lifted to the air separator by the hoist, which separates the heavier shells from the lighter mixed materials such as copper and aluminum. Iron is separated by a magnetic separator. The mixed copper and aluminum materials enter the second-level powder removal process.
Second-level powder removal process: Same as the first-level process, the materials are crushed, the drum screen collects the black powder, and the screened copper and aluminum mixture enters the grinding and screening process.
Grinding and screening process: While further removing powder from the copper-aluminum mixture, it shapes the copper and aluminum to facilitate subsequent copper-aluminum separation. The circular vibrating screen screens out the residual black powder, and the copper-aluminum mixture enters the subsequent sorting process.
Specific gravity sorting process: The screened copper and aluminum enter the specific gravity separator, and copper and aluminum are separated under the influence of specific gravity and air flow.
Dust removal process: Negative pressure dust collection systems are installed at all necessary points of the production line to ensure a good working environment.
Through the above multiple processes, this lithium battery crushing and sorting solution realizes efficient processing and resource recovery of different types of lithium batteries.
